Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
Process payments and refunds
Resolve billing and customer credit issues
Update account status records and collection efforts
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
Syarat Pengalaman :
Keahlian :
Microsoft Office, Good Communicaton, Good Personality
Kualifikasi :
1. Specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
2. Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
3. Strong phone handling and problem solving/ negotiation skill.
4. Able to work under pressure, multi-tasking, in a fast-paced start-up environment and work over the weekend
5. Good working attitude
