Required job experience:

• At least two years of experience in R&D and design at a manufacturing company.
• University or graduate school graduate majoring in Design Product
• Minimum age 35 years old
• The abality to empower others and develop to team
• Communication skills to extend from deep technical discussion to translating our commitment to our senior leaders
• The ability to develops (furniture, home decor, and home accessories), evaluates, and improves products design methods, analyzes and plans work force utilization, and design layout of products for maximum efficiency
• Applicant with ability in English are more than welcome
