ACCOUNT MANAGER SURABAYA 

Purpose of Position To develop new business as well as maintain and deepen existing customer relationships through face-to-face sales call in order to achieve personal sales targets and market goals within the small to large-sized customer segment. 

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Two Year experience For Account Executive or Fieled Sales, # Years Experience for senior, in commercial or industri sales
• Knowledge of sales process activites
• Able to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, in English, and one other Asian language (if English is not the first language) Good IT skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Able to influence and negotiate with others using active listening and persuasion skills

Jobdesk : 

• Obtain leads for new business through channels such as counter referrals, drivers, Inside Sales, “finder’s keepers”, chamber of commerce business lists, and the local newspaper
• Gather information about customers' business products and process, and their transportation challenges through face-to-face contact
• Seek and identify opportunities to grow the business with existing customers
• Identify customer’s needs and develop value propositions to meet those needs
• Create and execute implementation plans with the customers
• Monitor implementation progress to ensure timelines are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer’s problems
