- Usia min. 27 - 35 tahun
- Pendidikan min. D3 Teknik Mesin / Elektro / Industri, IPK min. 2.75
- Pengalaman kerja min.2 tahun di bidang sales engineer
- Memiliki pengetahuan di bidang teknik
- Mampu menggunakan komputer dan memahami Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) dan internet
- Keterampilan berkomunikasi secara verbal dan tertulis dengan baik
- Kemampuan bekerja mandiri, handal dan mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan dengan deadline tertentu
- Memiliki pelatihan yang terkait dibidang Sales merupakan nilai tambah
- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan
- Jujur, bertanggung jawab, komunikatif, disiplin, dan komitmen
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris
- Memiliki SIM A dan C yang masih berlaku
- Penempatan di Surabaya
