- Pendidikan terakhir min. D3/S1 segala jurusan
- Menguasai Operating dan Programming System
- Menguasai Autocad, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop
- Memiliki SIM C dan A (lebih diutamakan)
- Ulet, cekatan, teliti dan komunikatif
- Mampu bekerja secara team work
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Berpengalaman di bidang mesin dan Garment lebih diutamakan
