- Menguasai Bahasa Inggris (aktif)
- Menguasai Operating dan Programming System
- Menguasai Autocad, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop
- Memiliki SIM C dan A (lebih diutamakan)
- Ulet, cekatan, cerdas, rapi, teliti dan komunikatif
- Mampu bekerja secara team work
- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan
- Berpengalaman di bidang mesin dan Garment lebih diutamakan
- Gaji disesuaikan dengan tingkat profesionalisme
