- Pendidikan Min. STM lebih disukai S1 Tehnik Mesin A2B
- Usia Maks. 45 tahun
- Pengalaman sesuai bidangnya min. 7 tahun
- Memiliki Sertifikat Keahlian min. Dari CAT / Komatsu (UT)

Familiar dengan semua Unit kerja A2B dan Scania di Tambang Batu Bara
- Mampu membuat schedule Maintenance dan terbiasa dengan Target
- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan dan memiliki SIM.
